Dry run....

Just got home from Penn....drove all the way down, completed checking in and received a call that the lungs were no good. They were from the Midwest and the person asperated and ruined them,...sigh!

  3. Well that was just a major, jeez...I can't even explain it! We tried not to get excited and both kept saying, "this may not even happen" but it is still a very big let down. I've cried many tears (mostly in the shower so Jim didn't have to see it) and am now at the point where I feel numb. It would have been amazing if this would have come to fruition!

  4. oh.... I agree Denise, it would have been amazing! However, we all want James to get to get lungs in great shape to give him the best chance at many years of success and breathing easy :) I can only imagine how much you cried, happy tears and tears for the unknown. We are all along for this ride with you two.

James, I think you can complain and no one will disagree with you. :) Complain away. . . we all have our coping mechanism~ You can complain to me and I will totally back you up! These weren't the lungs for you. . . but they are coming soon~ I am sure :)

  9. Sometimes in our lives we all have pain
    We all have sorrow
    But if we are wise
We know that there's always tomorrow

Lean on me, when you're not strong
    And I'll be your friend
    I'll help you carry on
    For it won't be long
    'Til I'm gonna need
    Somebody to lean on

    Please swallow your pride
If I have things you need to borrow
For no one can fill those of your needs
    That you don't let show

Lean on me, when you're not strong
    And I'll be your friend
    I'll help you carry on
    For it won't be long
    'Til I'm gonna need
    Somebody to lean on

If there is a load you have to bear
    That you can't carry
    I'm right up the road
    I'll share your load
    If you just call me

So just call on me brother, when you need a hand
We all need somebody to lean on
I just might have a problem that you'd understand
We all need somebody to lean on

Lean on me when you're not strong
    And I'll be your friend
    I'll help you carry on
    For it won't be long
    Till I'm gonna need
    Somebody to lean on

    Lean on me...

As long as I live you can!!!
