For whom the bell tolls...

Caught metallica today on the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 25th anniversary concert....they rocked....great show, U2 and Springsteen awesome as always....a must see for true music fans

Well no better today, no lung pain but muscle ache is real bad. Exchanged emails back and forth with Paula (CF nurse) and Dr Fiel...they did not want to change anything until they see me tomorrow. Going in expecting lower Pulmonary Functions (PFT) and body weight and full well expecting to leave with plans for IVs. The only questions will be which ones and when I can get the pic inserted. I'm sure they will prefer to keep me, but I like homecare much better.

Oh, and if or how much Prednisone of course....yuck, that shit really messes me up (but works really well)....

The way I am right now is coughing up a bunch of green crap. I cough now at times till I'm gasping for air (even with my oxygen on). It's a very strange feeling when your body is oxygen deprived. You feel like your losing control of your body like your going to piss yourself or evacuate your bowels all at the same time...keep in mind your coughing uncontrollably at this point too. Quite scary experiance everytime it happens.

I'm ready for a course of something that gets me moving in the right direction now. I have not been out of the house since last Monday night. I missed the Schedule Meeting this week, sigh....will have to follow up....The Web page for the campaign is looking good by the way, will be up and running soon!...

Things are not looking good for me right now, but as metallica said...

For whom the bell tolls
Time marches on
For whom the bell tolls

  1. Thank you for the updates. I'm glad you decided to blog. Very interesting (while unfortunate) to hear all of the details of what you go through on a daily basis. Keep writing and I'll keep reading.
